Looking After Clients & Passengers

After a week away with a mix of business and pleasure with my wife Sarah we flew home on Wednesday morning at 1.30am, Jetstar from Phuket to Sydney.  Like any flight you jump on board and hope that the TV entertainment works, then after that you hope the headset works after that your done.  Well on our flight that was all working but it was not as smooth sailing as you would like.  Mid way through the flight a woman put her seat back to full recline (you would assume to fall asleep) however the seat was put back on the mother of the man across the aisle from me.  Well as they say the rest is history.
