On 28 September 2014, Senator the Hon. Mathias Cormann, Minister for Finance announced the opening of pre-registration for the Medibank Private Share Offer.
Pre-registration for the Medibank Private Share Offer is now open. If you do register your interest in either receiving a prospectus or learning more about the offer once the prospectus is lodged we expect if we do wish to apply for shares that you may have the opportunity for extra shares. If you are a Medibank Private customer please click this section when asked with your membership number as there may be an opportunity to get more shares if you apply.
Of course the prospectus has not been issued or seen yet however the pre registration process can be done by visiting the Medibank Private Share Offer website at www.medibankprivateshareoffer.com.au or by calling the Medibank Private Share Offer Information Line on 1800 998 778.
Eligible participants can still apply for shares in the Medibank Private IPO even if you do not pre-register.
However as a successful pre-registrant you can elect how you want to receive the Prospectus when the Offer opens and will receive regular updates on key timing milestones for the Offer.
